Origin: India
- The name might sound exotic, but don't let that fool you. Tellicherry pepper isn't some otherworldly spice - it's just a name given to black pepper that's larger than the norm. But it's not all about spice. Tellicherry pepper is a unique option that'll lift all of your home cooking.
- Compared to the smaller black peppercorns, Tellicherry peppercorns have a more intense, more complex flavour. Because they've absorbed more of the plant's essential oils, they're more pungent, deeper in aroma and taste, and even slightly citrusy.
- You can use Tellicherry peppercorns wherever you'd use cracked black pepper, but we highly recommend it with a lean, medium-rare steak. The intensity of the pepper brings out more of the beef's natural flavour, leaving you with a far tastier, more appetising meal.
- 100% natural and 100% Organic
