Refund Policy

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. In line with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

For food safety reasons, tea, herbs and spices can only be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Teaware must be unused and in its original packaging. We ask for a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is enough).

How to return

Email info@valleyoftea.com with your order number and we will confirm the return. Send your parcel to:

Return shipping is at your own cost and we recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us. Original shipping costs are refunded for full order returns, as required by EU law.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm it, and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within a few days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. You do not need to return damaged food items.
