- Tonka Pods and Tonka Beans are rapidly becoming one of the most highly-prized spices in the world. This unique, aromatic bean pods are packed with scents and aroma that can add an extra depth of flavour to both sweet and savoury dishes.
- While tonka has little flavour if sampled alone, when it comes to aroma it packs a real punch. Added to fresh ice cream, honey and vanilla scents boost the flavour of your dessert, while freshly shaved tonka can add notes of cinnamon and even spiced cherry to your savoury dishes.
- Tonka is used as an aromatic, not a bulk flavouring. A little goes a long way, so grate a small amount over a finished dish rather than adding it in quantity.
- 100% natural and 100% Organic
